Senior Full Stack Developer | Node + React
Buscamos un/a Senior Full Stack Developer para sumarse a nuestro equipo de desarrollo. La persona seleccionada participará en el diseño, desarrollo y mantenimiento de aplicaciones web escalables, trabajando tanto en frontend como en backend, con foco en buenas prácticas de seguridad, arquitectura y despliegue continuo.
Responsabilidades
Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener aplicaciones web utilizando React.js, TypeScript y Node.js.
Diseñar y consumir APIs RESTful (y eventualmente GraphQL) que sean escalables, seguras y bien documentadas.
Modelar y gestionar datos en bases de datos NoSQL (MongoDB).
Aplicar prácticas de seguridad de software, siguiendo lineamientos como OWASP, y colaborar en la implementación de mecanismos de autenticación y autorización.
Contribuir a la containerización de servicios con Docker y participar en pipelines de CI/CD.
Desplegar y mantener servicios en entornos cloud (GCP o AWS).
Colaborar en el diseño de soluciones basadas en arquitecturas de eventos, mensajería o procesamiento asíncrono (deseable).
Participar en revisiones de código (code reviews), diseño técnico y toma de decisiones de arquitectura junto al equipo.
Colaborar con equipos de producto, diseño y otros perfiles técnicos para entregar soluciones de calidad.
Requisitos
Conocimientos técnicos:
Experiencia intermedia/avanzada en React.js, TypeScript y Node.js.
Conocimiento sólido en diseño y consumo de APIs RESTful. Deseable experiencia con GraphQL.
Manejo de bases de datos NoSQL, especialmente MongoDB.
Conocimientos base en seguridad de software, autenticación (JWT, OAuth, etc.) y buenas prácticas tipo OWASP.
Familiaridad con Docker, pipelines de CI/CD y servicios cloud (GCP o AWS).
Deseable: conocimiento en arquitecturas basadas en eventos, mensajería (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Pub/Sub, etc.) o procesamiento asíncrono.
Habilidades adicionales (soft skills):
Capacidad de trabajo en equipo y comunicación efectiva.
Autonomía y proactividad para resolver problemas.
Pensamiento analítico y atención a la calidad del código.
Experiencia mentoreando o guiando a perfiles junior/semi-senior (deseable, dado el nivel senior).

What We're Looking For
● 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
● Fluent or advanced English preferred. Upper-intermediate works too, as long as you
communicate clearly in a professional setting.
● A track record of building, shipping, and iterating on software products, ideally in fintech.
● Solid foundation in algorithms and data structures.
● Experience designing and implementing web services, including REST APIs.
● Familiarity with architectural patterns such as Hexagonal Architecture and Event-Driven
Architecture, and with practices like A/B testing, feature flags, and gradual rollouts.
● Domain expertise: Experience building and maintaining payment systems, financial
disbursement solutions, or compliance-driven platforms is highly desirable.
● Working knowledge of security protocols, compliance standards, and KYC/AML
processes.
● Genuine interest in building products that reach millions of people.
● A habit of continuous learning and staying current with emerging technologies.
● Strong collaboration and prioritization skills in a team environment.
● Curiosity about or experience in fintech is a plus. Equivalent competencies in any of the

We are looking for a Cloud Data & Analytics Specialist to design, build, and optimize cloud-based data platforms. The ideal candidate has experience with modern data engineering, analytics, and scalable data processing solutions on **Google Cloud Platform (GCP)** and/or **Amazon Web Services (AWS)**.
